At Union Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture or home accessory doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
